Debbie,
You and your family are in my thoughts. Your Dad was, is, and will always be an interesting person. His life is what history books are based upon. He has truly left a legacy to all who knew him.

I only had the pleasure of being a student of Mr. Nutt's for my junior year in high school. He taught me so much in that one short year that will last a lifetime! I loved going to his class every morning and he was my favorite teacher. He had also taught my mom before me. I am very sorry to hear of his passing. I hadn't known he was sick, so the news came as a shock to me.
Victor and Family, your Dad is one of thoese people you never forget with time. Thank you for sharing your Dad with the public school system and the many adventures he lead us all through. Be it by books, his presence or his stories. My prayers are with you all my friend. Connie

My sympathy to Vic and Deb on the loss of your father. HM was a wonderful friend, and I considered him as part of my family for many years. I loved him dearly. The world is a sadder place with him gone.
HM, bye bye, and buy bonds...
